Terms of Service

We produce interactive 3D Gaussian splat reconstructions of architectural spaces. For spaces not yet constructed these are built from client-supplied models or renders, or from 3D models and visualisations we produce ourselves from your drawings. For spaces that exist they are built from photogrammetric capture on site. The result is delivered either as a hosted embed or as a standalone file.

Each engagement is defined by a written quotation. Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Where we work from material you supply, you confirm that you hold the rights to that model, drawing or render, and may license it to us for the purpose of producing the reconstruction.

Where we capture on site, you confirm that you own the property or have the authority of the owner to permit it, and that you have obtained any consent required from occupants.

For on-site work you agree to provide safe access at the scheduled time. Where access is refused or the space is not ready, a revisit may be chargeable.

On payment in full you receive the finished capture, and a perpetual licence to use it for marketing and presentation of the property.

Where we produce a 3D model or visualisation as part of an engagement, ownership of that model passes to you on payment in full, together with the finished reconstruction.

We retain ownership of our tools, our processing pipeline and any general-purpose assets used across projects. Nothing in an engagement transfers rights in those.

Where we host an embed on your behalf we aim for continuous availability, but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Where you have taken the standalone file, hosting is your responsibility.

Our aggregate liability in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost opportunity.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Guwahati, Assam have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
