When you contact us we receive whatever you send: your name, email address, telephone number, company, and details of the property you would like captured. We collect nothing else through this site — there is no advertising network, no third-party tracker, and no behavioural profiling.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used to keep the site available and secure.

A capture necessarily records the interior of a property, including belongings visible at the time of the shoot. We ask that you remove anything you would not want reproduced before we arrive. On request we will remove or obscure identifiable material from the final reconstruction.

Captures are not published, resold, or used in our portfolio without your written permission.

To respond to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver a capture, to invoice you, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with service providers who host our infrastructure or process payments on our behalf.

Enquiry correspondence is kept while a prospective engagement is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Financial records are kept for the period required under applicable Indian tax law. Capture files are retained for the term agreed in your engagement, and deleted on request thereafter.

Gateway Labs is operated by NOTPNG PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U62011AS2025PTC028320), whose principal place of business is Gmc, Beltola Road, Kalita Kerakuchi, Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam 781028, India. That company is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
