Service Delivery

We supply a digital service. No physical goods are dispatched, so no shipping charges apply.

Work from supplied models or renders normally begins within 2 to 3 working days of a confirmed quotation. Where an on-site capture is required, the visit is normally scheduled within 5 to 10 working days, subject to location and availability.

Reconstruction and optimisation typically take a further 3 to 7 working days. Larger properties take longer, and we will confirm the expected date when the shoot is booked.

Delivery is by email, containing a viewing link and, where applicable, an embed snippet for your own website. Where you have chosen the standalone option, the capture file is supplied as a download.
