Desktop software for your own team. Film a chair, a facade or a room on a phone and get a measured 3D model for SketchUp, Revit, Rhino or 3ds Max, on your own computer, as often as you like.

What does a project cost?
Every project is quoted once we have seen it. The price depends on the size of the space, the number of rooms, and whether we work from your renders, build the model from drawings, or photograph it on site. Send the details below and we will come back with a written quotation.
How long does it take?
Work from your models or renders normally starts within 2 to 3 working days of a confirmed quotation, and an on-site shoot is usually scheduled within 5 to 10 working days. Making the walkthrough then takes a further 3 to 7 working days. Larger properties take longer; we confirm the date when the work is booked.
What do we receive?
A viewing link that opens in any browser, and a code to place the walkthrough on your own website. If you would rather host it yourself, we supply the file instead.
Can buyers open it on their phones?
Yes. There is no app, no download and no headset. Send the link on WhatsApp or by email, or print it as a QR code in your brochure.
Who owns the result?
Once paid in full, you receive the finished walkthrough with a perpetual licence to use it for marketing and presenting the property. A 3D model we build for you from drawings becomes yours.
Will an unreleased project stay private?
Yes. We never publish a walkthrough, or use it in our own portfolio, without your written permission.
Where do you work?
Anywhere. Walkthroughs made from your drawings, models or renders need no visit, so the location of the project does not matter. Where we photograph a finished space on site, travel is part of the quotation.
