Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel more than 72 hours before the scheduled capture and any advance is refunded in full.

Cancel within 72 hours and we may retain a portion of the advance, to cover the reserved slot and travel already committed.

If our team cannot gain access at the scheduled time, or the space is not in the agreed condition, the visit is treated as a late cancellation. We will always try to reschedule first.

If we cancel, you receive a full refund of anything paid.

Because each capture is produced specifically for your property, work already delivered is not refundable.

If a delivered capture does not meet what was agreed in the quotation, tell us within 7 days and we will reshoot or reprocess at no charge.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days. Write to [email protected] to begin a request.
